Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ClavisCore website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ClavisCore LLC.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on ClavisCore's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials except as permitted by applicable open-source licenses

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by ClavisCore at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

Intellectual Property

The materials on ClavisCore's website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to ClavisCore LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Our open-source products (such as Parako.ID) are released under their respective open-source licenses, which govern your use of those specific products.

User Responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree to:

• Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology on the Site
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on ClavisCore's website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ClavisCore makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation by contacting us at the email address below. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming, United States, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
